Kardex — Exhibition Concept Visualisation

I was commissioned to create a series of 3D visualisations to support internal decision-making for exhibition concepts.

The work focused on translating early-stage ideas into clear, realistic visuals that could be used to secure stakeholder buy-in and align on direction before production.

Responsibilities

  • Created 3D visualisations of exhibition concepts
  • Translated initial ideas into clear, presentable visuals
  • Developed assets to support stakeholder presentations
  • Ensured accuracy between concept and proposed build

Project Work

Exhibition Concept Visualisation

Produced a series of 3D renders to communicate how exhibition designs would function in a physical environment.

The visuals were used to help stakeholders understand scale, layout, and overall impact, enabling more confident decision-making prior to build.

Impact

  • Enabled stakeholder buy-in through clear visual communication
  • Reduced ambiguity in early-stage concept discussions
  • Supported alignment on exhibition direction before production
  • Provided a visual bridge between concept and execution
