CLIENT: BRITWURST

PROJECT: Web re-design & Order Form development

Britwurst’s original website was dated, didn’t display the products very well, and customers could not pay for orders online. There was no way to easily add new products to the website, or keep track of stock.

These problems made it difficult for the owner to keep track of orders, manage stock, and create individual invoices for each order. He needed a solution that was easier for both his customers and himself.

Front end requirements: Maintain a simple order form. Customers must be able to select multiple items and see their cart easily, and choose between multiple payment options at checkout.

Back end requirements: Must be simple to upload and update stock levels, update the status of orders, automatically send out emails that update customers on their order status, and easily provide invoices that meet Austrian B2C formatting requirements.

Solution

I was able to quickly build a shiny new website with a sleek order form that contained images of the products alongside a brief description and price, with an easy to use checkout and payment system.

In the backend, he is now able to easily manage and automate inventory, automatically push out confirmation emails and generate invoices at the click of a button.
